General Hospital comings and goings news reveals Marcus will exit as Nikolas Cassadine by the end of January. Previously, General Hospital spoilers revealed a controversial debate surrounding the reason he did not fulfill his last obligations.

General Hospital recaps recall Tyler Christopher left the role of Nikolas Cassadine in 2016 Nicolas faked his death and left his young son, Spencer Cassadine, without a father. Three years later, it was revealed that Nikolas was alive and faked his death in 2016. At that time, Marcus Coloma took over the role of Nikolas from Tyler Christopher.

GH news reports confirm Coloma will exit before the end of January. That being said, the current storyline is leading up to his departure. General Hospital rumors hint Nikolas purposely leaves Spencer fatherless yet again. When Esme sets her tower on fire, the opportunity presents itself and Nikolas does what he has to do. What if Nikolas fakes his death, making it look as though he perished in the fire?

Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) went from Wyndemere to the Haunted Star. Back at Wyndemere, she fulfilled her duty of Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) hired nurse, aka accomplice in keeping Esme prisoner. Elizabeth’s nursing efforts provide prenatal care for the baby Esme claims is Nikolas’s. Elsewhere, the guest list for Britt Westbourne’s birthday party include some of the General Hospital staff along with Britt closest companions. Of course, that means Liz’s ex, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is present. After she was approached by her bestie Dr. Terri Randolph (Cassandra James), Liz furtively floated along the dance floor, slamming a shot under pressure.

Finn saw her take that shot while believing his ex girlfriend is pregnant with Nikolas’s baby. How will she explain her actions? Well, she may not have to. Avery Pohl’s family recreates Esme’s Christmas Tree! Christmas time on ABC’s General Hospital is always a special event. Storylines tend to come together and the characters display their warm and fuzzy side.

Family togetherness is never overlooked around the holidays. In addition, even the naughty reveal their nice side. Kind gestures can overshadow wrongdoing, and those who despise each other can find common ground. As Taylor Swift says in her original song Christmas Tree Farm, “Sweet dreams of holly and ribbon, mistakes are forgiven…” mistakes may be forgiven or at least overlooked in Port Charles. Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is holding Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) as his prisoner at Wyndemere. He justified his actions when he believed Esme was the hook killer. However, we all know he was hiding her to avoid being questioned about the incident on the parapet. Esme’s pregnancy is another major reason Nik is keeping his baby mama captive. She claims the child is his therefore, he wants to make sure the baby is safe.

Regardless his reasons, keeping a pregnant woman captive will get anyone on the naughty list. Even if the young woman has destroyed the lives of those around her from the inside out.

Christmas brings Esme and Nikolas closer

She tried convincing Nikolas to let her chop down a christmas tree so that she could relive that one special tome in her life when that became a reality. Although Nikolas wasn’t convinced to do exactly that, he did bring Esme a Christmas tree to decorate. Esme and Nikolas shared a warm moment as they decorated the tree he had given her.

In a recent Instagram story, Avery Kristen Pohl shares a heartwarming gesture which carried over from her role on GH. Pohl reveals that her family recreated Esme’s Christmas tree this year. Avery stands proudly next to her real life tree in her IG story.

Avery has been an incredible addition to the General Hospital cast. She’s so good at being bad that we love to hate her! GH rumors hint there may be a bit of redemption ahead for Esme. Hopefully, her motherly instincts toward baby “Ace” bring out a new side to Esme. prime time role on ABC’s Station 19. Thiebaud reprised her role as Eva Vasquez in late Fall of 2022. Previous GH rumors claimed Kelly would leave GH as Dr. Britt Westbourne at that time, however, details became blurred. The confusion began when Thiebaud replied to a fan in an Instagram comment. Kelly revealed that she would be able to work on both General Hospital and Station 19.

Details on Thiebaud’s GH exit remain unclear. We hope Kelly’s statement still holds true and she will be able to eventually work on both shows.

At first, Rory made an impression on Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) at the PCPD. Then, as an officer at the PCPD Rory acquired the nickname ”Rookie Rory.” The new guy on the force was loved and welcome by all of his fellow officers and colleagues. Finally, Rory impressed Trina with his kindness, support, and generosity.

General Hospital recaps recall Rory and Trina hit it off right away. Trina was seemingly in awe of Rory’s physical appearance when they met for the first time. Rory was into Trina from the start, although, working for the PCPD while Trina was on trial caused hesitation. Trina had her ongoing debate about which suitor she should choose. Trina had the pick of two young men who both adored and supported her. One had a squeaky clean rep and the other had been making a reputation for himself with the authorities.
