Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) has worked closely to and long enough with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) to know just how dangerous he really is. Cyrus tries to paint himself as a pillar of the community, claiming to do good for the people of Port Charles, through medical breakthroughs at General Hospital. However, the medical breakthrough is really for his own benefit, as a way to make it easier for Renault to traffic drugs through the city.
