General Hospital Spoilers: Robert Leans On Diane After Holly Leaves Him Devastated

Holly Sutton leaves Robert devastated! Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) was over the moon to see his love Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) alive and right before his eyes. It had been two years since Peter August (Wes Ramsey) claimed Holly was dead. Peter needed to distract Robert and Anna from his scheming. As a result, Peter used Holly as Robert’s weakness.

General Hospital recaps recall when Robert first laid eyes on Holly. First, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) walked into the boathouse to a strange woman she thought was a threat. Her screams caught the attention of the others who rushed to Willow’s aid. Then, Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) summoned Robert to the Quartermaine boathouse. She rushed to tell him she has seen a ghost. He took a disoriented Holly in his care and the rest has lead them to where they are today.

As a result, she had a rocky relationship with Harmony over the years. Willow and the woman she thought was her mother just recently began to establish a connection.

Although she is with Cameron Webber (William Lipton) the chemistry she has with Dex has consumed her thoughts. Joss finds herself doing exactly what she said Cam had done to her- but far worse. He kept secrets that were not his to tell, with the end goal focused on the well-being of a friend. Josslyn too is keeping secrets, however, hers are self-serving.

Nina Reeves has made a career out of meddling in people’s lives. It’s apparent she has an agenda based on the people’s lives she chooses to stick her nose into. All of her latest stunts were actions against those connected to her boyfriend Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She can’t leave well enough alone when it comes to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Sonny’s son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and especially his ex-wife Carly (Corinthos) Spencer (Laura Wright).

General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina takes things too far yet again, but this time the there will be repercussions. Nina’s plan backfires when Sonny gets blames for tipping odd the Securities and Exchange Commission. Her goal to sabotage Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will do more harm than anticipated. However, General Hospital rumors suggest Nina will be the one suffering in the end.

GH spoilers and previews indicate Sonny gets fed up with Nina’s incessant boundary crossing and meddling when Carly and Drew blame Sonny for tipping off the SEC. GH rumors claim now that the SEC was notified of Carly and Drew’s romantic entanglement, they’ll be forced to end their relationship, or at least take several steps back. Creating distance between Carly and Drew will have its adverse effects for Nina. After initially blaming Sonny, Carly will figure out it was Nina all along. Although Robert saw Holly’s return from the dead as a bolt from the blue, Laura wasn’t so much as mystified. She saw beyond the unexplainable and figured Holly’s arrival was part of a strategic plan.

She warned Robert to be suspicious of his lady love. He was first blinded by love but soon after used his skills as a WSB agent to find the truth. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) sent Holly to assist in his plans. To ensure Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) goes to prison for shooting Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is part of a grander scheme. Laura has been working with Robert to uncover Victor’s endgame, including what happened to Luke Spencer (Tony Geary).

GH spoilers and previews suggest Laura is taken by Holly at gunpoint in a final showdown with for the stolen jewels. Holly is determined to oblige Victor’s orders to steal The Ice Princess. Her son Ethan Lovett’s (Nathan Parsons) life is on the line, therefore, everyone else is expendable to Holly. Her only choice is to go against Robert, Anna, Laura, and the ones she loves or her son Ethan will suffer the consequences.

The Showdown

Holly has the choice to surrender the Ice Princess and ultimately turn herself in to authorities, or finish the mission and give Victor what he wants. She knows if she doesn’t come through for Cassadine, Ethan will be killed. GH spoilers indicate Holly does everything in her power to save her son- even if that means it’s at the expense of another [Laura] life.

Heather Webber’s outlandish antics harmed many, causing fear among the people of Port Charles. The mere whisper of her name sends chills down Olivia Falconeri’s (Lisa LoCicero) spine. Robin Mattson created Heather’s big personality, which made for some big shoes to fill. Alley Mills knew she had a reputation to maintain as Heather. General Hospital spoilers reveal Alley opens up about her plan to stay true to character.

According to Soap Opera Digest, Mills explains how she snagged the role, admitting, “Offers come in and I’m like, ‘Nope, nope, doesn’t feel right, doesn’t feel right.” But her feelings changed when she received an unexpected opportunity. She went on to explain, “And when the GH offer happened, I went ‘Yep!’ And it just feels right. I feel like something Orson would want me to do, you know? To just be brave.”

After her husband Orson passed away, stepped away from the scene for a while. The Wonder Years star began her role as Pam Douglas on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2006. In 2019 she dropped to recurring status until the death of her husband in 2020. GH’s offer to play Heather Webber brought Alley back into the spotlight.

She practically mad a career out of sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong and causing problems between happy people.

General Hospital recaps recall Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) were the subjects of her last meddling mission which failed miserably. Nina even involved Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) before being certain of her claims. That situation backfired on Nina once Michael confronted Willow. If Nina only knew what Willow was really going through… maybe she’d show some human decency and back off.
