In Port Charles, Dex works for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) as an informant gathering information on Michael’s father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Most times it seems Dex would actually rather be working for Sonny than Michael, which leads to General Hospital rumors surrounding the possibility of Dex turning on Michael. In real life however, Michael and Dex’s portrayers, Chad Duell and Evan Hofer, are actually friends.

GH news reports reveal Hofer shared some official images from the General Hospital ABC Instagram, if himself as Dex, alongside co-stars Tabyana Ali (Trina Robinson) and Eden McCoy (Josslyn Jacks). The three young stars were photographed in GH’s Metro Court pool setting, proper pool attire and all.

Evan’s caption reads, “Could this be the LAST POOL DAY of the season?!” GH spoilers reveal Hofer’s post ignited some hilarious comments, one in particular coming from GH’s Chad Duell. Chad dropped an ???? in the comments section, which was followed by a comment from Instagram user @mslulujames . The user writes, “I don’t even wanna know what that emoji implies ???? ????.”

Johnny Wactor’s GH departure came as a shock to fans. No one was expecting the nicest and most selfless man in Port Charles to be met with his untimely demise. Now, he leaves his already vulnerable wife to walk through life’s struggles alone.

According to General Hospital news and spoilers, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) has died, and left Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) a widow. To make things worse, this tragedy came shortly after Sasha and Brando lost their newborn baby.

Moreover, aside from Sasha, Brando was survived by his mother, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs). Additionally, family and close friends such as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) also mourn Brando’s loss.

Johnny Wactor Leaves GH

General Hospital news reports confirm Johnny Wactor has officially exited his role as Brando Corbin, which he made his onscreen debut back in February of 2020.

According to the latest General Hospital spoilers, Wactor has officially confirmed his departure from the daytime drama. The actor said goodbye in a video alongside Lexi Ainsworth. One of Brando’s last scenes was shared with Lexi, as Kristina Corinthos found Brando lying in the ground, bloodied from the attack.

In a recent Instagram story, Ainsworth shared her thoughts on working with Johnny and his exit. Lexi Ainsworth posted a photo of herself and co-star, Jonny Wactor, expressing her sadness to see Brando go, while also reflecting on the positive. She reveals she had fun “filming a rain scene” and “working with Johnny Wactor.” Wactor then shared Lexi’s photo to his own Instagram story, commenting, “Bittersweet,” on the actresses photo of the two of them.

It’s sad to see Johnny exit General Hospital. We wish him nothing but the best now, and going forward. Johnny and Brando will be severely missed. ????

General Hospital News And Spoilers: GH’s David Lautman (Slimy Reporter, Smoltz) Credits Nancy Lee Grahn, “He could be like, my quirky sidekick!”

David Lautman debuted as the newest, slimy gossip columnist, Smoltz, back in February. He was set to write a piece on Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and how she destroyed the marriage between Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).

General Hospital recaps recall Smoltz walking into the office of Alexis Davis at, The Invader, presenting the idea to the woman running the show. Alexis rejected his story due to the nature of the topic and how it would effect certain people in Port Charles.

General Hospital news reports reveal that Lautman credits Nancy for his recurring role on the ABC soap opera, after she spoke out, expressing her likeness toward the actor and the role he portrayed.

Lautman complimented Grahn in a recent interview with Soap Opera Digest. The newcomer admits, “First off, she is an extraordinarily talented actress who has a great habit of making her scene partners look like rock stars, which clearly has been substantiated by her multiple Emmy Award wins.”

David Lautman went on to disclose that when he first came to the set of General Hospital, Nancy was a fan from the start. He revealed Nancy’s statement regarding her thoughts on his work. Lautman disclosed that Nancy confessed her liking to Lautman in front of the cast and crew, revealing, “I love this guy, we gotta bring him back! He could be like, my quirky sidekick.’ I jokingly volleyed back, saying, ‘That sounds good to me, I’m down for anything. I can do light dusting around the office, organize files, whatever you need, Alexis!’”

General Hospital news confirms Lautman was called back for more scenes, though his scenes alongside Alexis have remained few. He went on to speak highly of his onscreen chemistry with the Emmy winner, revealing, “I think right from the get-go we had great chemistry together and the scenes seemed to click,” he reflected. “Part of that could be attributed to the fact that Nancy is really great at making sure we find the time to speed-read our scenes together a bunch of times before shooting so we really get the rhythm, words, and blocking of the scenes in our bones.”

General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Promised To Destroy The Corinthos Name; Had To Get Brando Out Of The Way Before Exposing His Plan

Ever since he felt that his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) betrayed his mother, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and the rest of their family, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has set out to take Sonny down.

General Hospital spoilers reveal the hunt is still on for Ava’s attacker and Brando’s killer. Suspects have been questioned and provided alibis, some not so solid as others. Yet still, as Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) became the number one suspect in the attack on his own wife, he couldn’t physically have been in two places at once.

General Hospital rumors suggest that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) could be behind the attacks, as a way to mark her territory in Port Charles, showing the big time players what she’s capable of. Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and her dad, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) are certainly among those suspected, but something gives off the vibe that those two would be just too obvious.

General Hospital News And Spoilers: Chad Duell Tells Startling Truth Of His GH Absence, “I Felt Like I Was Having A Heart Attack”

The role of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has been temporarily recast by Robert Adamson, stepping in to play the son of Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), in small, but repeated incriminates of time.

General Hospital news reports confirmed the recasting of Michael Corinthos was only temporary, as Chad Duell had explained his absence was Covid related.

GH fans became concerned after Duell returned to the role to then depart again. Michael is involved in some imperative story lines, and some fans have been thrown for a loop having not gotten used to a new face in the role.

General Hospital news and spoilers reports reveal that Chad was recently a guest on Maurice Benard’s YouTube series, State of Mind, where he opened up about his recent GH absences.

General Hospital spoilers reveal, in his interview, Chad candidly explains what’s been going on. Not only has he contacted Covid multiple times, this last time his Stanton’s became so severe, he knew he has to head to the hospital. “I had the symptoms of it: the fever, the cough, a weird headache”, but was testing negative. Then, “on the fourth day, all of a sudden, my chest started hurting unbelievably bad. I felt like I was having a heart attack…. It was so painful, I thought, ‘If I have Covid, it probably went to my chest. I should go to the hospital.’ ” Chad continues to explain that he had been suffering from a common after effect of the Covid virus, and was was diagnosed with acute myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle. There isn’t anything specific to be done regarding aiding this adverse effect in resolving sooner, however, it will go away on its own. Chad admits, “I thought I was dying.  I can’t tell you the pain I felt. I was taking morphine and it wasn’t doing anything.  So I was scared, man.”
