Alexis has recently fallen off the wagon after experiencing traumatic life events, including the sudden and tragic loss of her boyfriend, Dr. Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan).

Sam has been trying to get through to Alexis with no avail. She has begged and pleaded with her mother to put the drink down but instead of listening, Alexis responded to Sam condescendingly, and with no remorse. She even tried to bait Sam by asking her to have a drink with her.

General Hospital actress, Haley Pullos has grown up right before the eyes of her daytime tv audience. She joined the cast of General Hospital, as Molly Lansing Davis in 2013, at the age of 11. Molly is the daughter of Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst).

Haley Pullos is all grow up now, as she has announced on social media that she is over the age of 18. General Hospital news reports, the over-18 actress shared a video of herself on her personal Instagram page. The type of video posted by Pullos is called, “Self Tapes.” In the video, Pullos states, “Hey I’m Haley Pullos, I’m over 18, and I’m 5’3”.“

A self tape is an audition the actor films remotely, usually requested by a casting director, and is expected to be sent back in a timely fashion. Casting Directors often provide the sides, instructions, and deadline, and then it is up to the actor to film, edit, and return it on time.

The announcement has drawn in fans, mainly complimenting the actresses physical appearance. General Hospital news and rumors have been hot lately with all the shocking casting cuts. Throughout the years, Alexis and Julian were out of touch with one another, and then one day, they made their way back to each other. Unfortunately, rekindling the flame of their one night together didn’t last. Julian hasn’t really been an upstanding citizen. And although Sam is in life with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who some try and compare to Julian, but the difference is Jason round never treat the woman in his life with such disrespect and violence as Julian did with Alexis. Therefore, Sam and Julian never really got to mend their broken relationship- and now it’s too late.

Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) have been planning their civil union after a traumatic event in their relationship that almost tore them apart.

Molly turned down TJ’s original marriage proposal, causing the couple to take a breather from each other, but coincidentally at the same time TJ was taking time to think, he got kidnapped by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Molly got the impression that TJ ghosted her, and her fears were confirmed when TJ’s mom, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) had to make like her son wanted nothing to do with Molly. Jordan had to pretend TJ ghosted Molly because she knew he had been kidnapped but couldn’t disclose any information. During Molly and TJ’s separation, Molly assumes she and TJ were over, leading to her one night stand with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).

Fast forward a few months, Molly and TJ reconcile after he is rescued. But Molly is still keeping a secret that would ruin their relationship. General Hospital writers are no strangers to bringing real life heath issues and struggles to the Daytime TV screen. Diseases like Cancer, heart disease, addiction, and alcoholism have been dealt with by our favorite characters. Currently, GH’s Nancy Lee Grahn portrays Alexis Davis as she struggles through alcohol addiction.

Nancy is truly bringing the real life struggle of dealing with being an alcoholic in a realistic way. Her character Alexis has hit a snag in her recovery after an emotional loss, among other factors that have caused her to fall off the wagon.

General Hospital news reports Nancy has revealed her own true life, personal experience with alcoholism. Although the struggle was not her own, she revealed that her father was as an alcoholic. In a recent tweet, Grahn explained her personal connection to this disease.

“I lived with this occasional belligerent drunk who happened 2b the man I loved more than any other, my dad,” the actress wrote. “Bob Grahn got sober, became an addictions counselor & saved over 100 ppl who all showed up at his funeral to sing his praise. I get how much courage it takes to stay sober.”

Nancy Lee Grahn is bringing the reality of alcoholism to the screen with her realistic portray of someone who is struggling with the disease. Nancy is a very talented actress, and always delivers raw and real emotion. It definitely helps to have had experience in her own life as she has seen first hand how one who battles being an alcoholic deals with the disease, the family who cares for them, and the personal struggle that goes along with it.
