Ryan Paevey visits Gary James Fuller! Earlier this month General Hospital’s Gary James Fuller was injured on his minibike. Reportedly, the ten year old actor required a visit to the Emergency Room and two surgeries. His General Hospital family has been checking in, and someone special even stopped for a visit.

According to the latest General Hospital news update, Gary James Fuller is healing nicely after the incident. General Hospital’s James West is in good spirits with the help of a friend, cast-mate, and tv dad/uncle.

General Hospital news confirms that Ryan Paevey visits Gary James Fuller in Vegas while Fuller recovers from his minibike accident injuries. Both TV dad and son both beam from ear to ear in the photos shared from Gary’s IG account. Boy’s Night Out looks like the theme as Ryan and Gary spend their time playing arcade games together and hanging out with Gary’s family.

General Hospital News: GH’s Gary Fuller Recovering from Two Surgeries- “I Pulled A James”

General Hospital’s James Hospitalized
General Hospital: Gary James Fuller- “I pulled a James”

General Hospital’s James Hospitalized for a recent injury while riding his mini bike. Gary James Fuller who plays General Hospital’s James West, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) son, was recently injured and was hospitalized.

Reportedly, the young GH fan-favorite revealed a recent “James West” type of situation he had been in. Just like his General Hospital character, James West, Gary James Fuller’s adventurous side took control while riding on his mini bike.

“I pulled a James.” Ten year old Gary James Fuller shared his story via Instagram. Reportedly, Fuller was injured while riding on mini bike. His injuries required two surgeries and almost a week in the hospital. He explained, “If you watch General Hospital, you know James has spent his fair share of time in the ER. Apparently I decided that playing him wasn’t enough-l had to try it myself.” Gary continued to share the details of his incident via Instagram. “What started as a ride on my mini bike turned into a trip to the trauma center, two surgeries, and almost a week in the hospital.”

Thankfully, Gary is now home and healing. The cast of GH which he named as his “General Hospital family,” has checked in on home via FaceTime calls. Gary is looking forward to getting back to the things that he loves to do.

Prayers and well wishes for a speedy recovery go out to Gary James Fuller. General Hospital Blog looks forward to seeing James back in Port Charles with fictional shenanigans instead of real ones!

General Hospital Spoilers: The PCPD Investigates Lucas!

Cullum frames Lucas for Marco’s murder
General Hospital: Will Cullum make Lucas a murder suspect?!

The storyline of Marco Rios’s death has several facets. The main one being who murdered him. Coming up on General Hospital, each angle of the storyline continues to play out for the next few weeks. General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that The PCPD investigates Lucas! Will Cullum frame Lucas for Marco’s murder?

WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) brutally stabbed Marco Rios to death. Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Lucas (Van Hansis) debate on whether or not to tell Sidwell what the know. However, things might not go their way. Too often, telling the truth only gets you tangled tighter into the web. If not careful, Dr. Britt Westbourne and Dr. Lucas Jones could be the focus when it comes to the murder suspect.

Cassius Planted The Seed, Cullum Plants The Evidence

Since it’s assumed that Cullum took Marco’s phone, it could also be assumed that he isn’t dumb enough to physically keep it in his possession. Because it can also be assumed that anyone would become a suspect if an investigation lead to Marco’s phone being in their possession. It could even make that person the number one suspect in Marco‘s murder.

According to recent General Hospital rumors, the PCPD investigates Lucas for the murder of Marco Rios. GH recaps recall when fake Nathan tried to throw Lucas under the bus to Sidwell. He went out about how it was personal and that Marco knew his killer in order to let him get that close. Then he told Sidwell that Lucas didn’t have an alibi for the exact timeframe that Marco (Adrian Anchondo) was killed.

Sidwell (Carlo Rota) acted quite suspicious with Lucas as they looked at photos of Marco. Fake Nathan, a.k.a. Cassius Faison has already gotten into Sidwell’s head. He planted the seed and now I’ll call him has to do his plant Marco’s cell phone among Loukas’s belongings. That won’t be hard since he lives at Wyndemere

General Hospital Spoilers: Rocco and Emma Siblings?!?

Emma and Rocco are siblings
General Hospital: Rocco and Emma

GH rumors have it that Rocco is Britt’s son. If that’s the case then Emma and Rocco are half siblings! General Hospital fans are aghast after Cassius (Ryan Paevey) implied that Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) has a son, and that her son is Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). GH recaps from Thursday, May 7th recall that Cassius quickly explained how Rocco and James are not their actual “sons.”

The latest General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Cassius may know something about Britt that she doesn’t know. Could it be that Britt doesn’t know that Rocco is her son?

There’s no doubt that Cassius went to great lengths to pull off impersonating Nathan. So who’s to say that someone didn’t go to great lengths to alter Rocco’s DNA test to show if he’s Lulu’s or Britt’s son?

Ultimately, if Britt gave birth to her ow child, then Patrick is Rocco’s biological father. This little detail means that Emma and Rocco would be half siblings.

There has to be a reason Nathan referred to James and Rocco as their sons. Furthermore, Emma and Britt’s interaction adds another element of connection. It’s a secret that these two don’t get along. The tension comes after Britt was romantically involved with Emma’s dad Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson). And of course, the whole stealing Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) embryo thing.

If the relationship between Britt and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) softens, it may be because their lives are about to become more intertwined. Especially if Emma and Rocco are siblings.

General Hospital Spoilers: The Unthinkable Brings Instant Karma- Will Josslyn Fight Off Cassius?

Will Josslyn fight off Cassius?
General Hospital: Josslyn’s Instant Karma

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) just did the unthinkable, and now she’s in a world of danger. Will Josslyn fight off Cassius now that she’s been exposed just like she exposed her own mother?!

Just as GH fans are getting over the shock from when Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) framed and blackmailed her own mother, Josslyn turns around and betrays Carly (Laura Wright)!

Britt exposed Josslyn to Cassius in what seemed like instant karma for the “ditzy sorority girl.” General Hospital recaps recall that Cassius didn’t make Britt any promises when it comes to Josslyn’s safety. So then he showed up at Joss’s door and… now Joss is in danger. Will Josslyn fight off Cassius? Will he back down, or will Joss become one of Cullum’s prisoners like Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)?

General Hospital Spoilers: Pier 54- Secrets At The Waterfront, Rocco, Nathan, and Lulu

Lulu can’t trust Nathan with Rocco’s secret
General Hospital: Power 54 Waterfront Secrets

The waterfront is the place to be if you want to get shot or implicate yourself in any given crime. Typically, the Port Charles Waterfront sees the worst of the worst. Shootouts, murders, gruesome discoveries, blackmail, you name it. But what happens at the pier doesn’t always stay at the pier. Allegedly, Lulu can’t trust Nathan with Rocco’s secret.

Port Charles Waterfront activity has increased in the last few months as a result heightened threats and dangers to the people of the city. According to recent General Hospital spoilers and rumors, secrets left at Pier 54’s waterfront come back with a vengeance.

Currently, Rocco struggles with the guilt that is tied to Jason’s arrest. Rocco knows that Jason is protecting him, and now Danny lost his father. Essentially, Danny is practically an orphan, and Rocco (Finn Carr) feels responsible for the outcome.

Nathan Can’t Be Trusted!

General Hospital spoilers and rumors for the next two weeks focus on Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) shooting, and the fallout that falls on Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) loved ones. Not only Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), but Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is deeply affected by Jason’s leaving. Then there’s Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).

Rocco’s mother is beside herself with sadness and empathy for her son. Her heart is conflicted about the tragic situation. Should she keep the secret? If she does, she betrays Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and lets Jason take the fall, adversely affecting those who love him, like Danny. If she tells the truth then her own son will go to prison- for a long, long time.

Recent revelations prove that Nathan West is indeed an imposter, and Lulu’s being played. This changes the game entirely for Lulu and she doesn’t even known it. She’s trusting a snake to protect her son while the snake deceives everyone who loves Nathan.

General Hospital Spoilers: Rocco Saved Jason’s Life- Jason Covers For Rocco

Jason covers for Rocco
General Hospital: The aftermath of Cullum’s attack

This was not a drill. I repeat this was not a drill. Did Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) actually pick up a gun and shoot WSB agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) in an attempt to save Jason Morgan’s life? Why yes, he actually did. Whether Agent Cullum lives or dies, no one can know that Rocco pulled the trigger. That’s why Jason Morgan takes the fall. According to General Hospital spoilers for 3-24-26 Jason covers for Rocco.

On today’s episode of General Hospital Jason spring into action. He knows that no one can find out about this especially Rocco’s father Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). The latest General Hospital previews reveal Jason down on the ground to check Cullum’s pulse. He turns and yells out “get him out of here!” Evidently detective Nathan West (Ryan Parvey) encourages someone to keep a secret. Will Nathan, Rocco, and Jason conspire to keep the truth from Dante?

It’s also possible that Jason is speaking to someone else- maybe WSB Agent Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Regardless of who he tells to remove Rocco from the scene, the fact remains that Dante can never know about this.

General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Is Suspicious Of Nathan

Maxie is suspicious of Nathan
General Hospital: Does Maxie notice something off about Nathan?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors about Nathan West have stayed consistent since his Port Charles arrival. Nathan happened to come alive shortly after his sister Britt had also miraculously resurrected. The timing was coincidental, and those who know better threw around suspicions about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). The look on Britt’s face when she entered Nathan’s hospital room, and acting on feeling Lulu strongly suggests that something is off about Nathan West.

Maxie Is Suspicious Of Nathan

Two adult children back from the dead- one mother’s euphoric experience. Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is all about her son Nathan (Ryan Paevey). Nathan this, Nathan that. Her latest fixation on her son’s life is that he and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) get back together. She’s unaware of the fact that Nathan has feelings for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), and Maxie chose Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). If Liesl can’t figure it out then maybe Maxie can. Nathan and Maxie were husband and wife, and best friends before Faison shot him. Although it’s been seven years, Maxie wouldn’t forget details about her husband.

General Hospital rumors tease that Nathan isn’t really Nathan. If that’s true, and this is an imposter, then Maxie is bound to figure it out. At some point, Nathan 2.0 will trip up. And when he does, Maxie would be the one to notice. It’s possible that Maxi becomes leery of Nathan after she learns that he and Lulu have feelings for each other. Maybe she knows that Nathan would never go for her best friend even though they’re no longer even though Maxie has moved on.

General Hospital News and Spoilers: Spinelli and Felicia Make A Decision About Maxie

The latest General Hospital Comings and Goings: Maxie returns to GH! General Hospital news reports confirm Kirsten Storms returns to General Hospital the week of February 9, 2026. Kirsten‘s return debut airs on Thursday, 2-12-26.

Although Storms returns to the canvas as Maxie Jones this week, that doesn’t mean Maxie is out of the woods just yet. Reportedly, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) make a decision about Maxie’s care. They now have the option to bring Maxie home to GH. Having Maxie remain at the long term care facility is the alternative. Evidently, Felicia and Spinelli decide to bring Maxie home to GH. She’s obviously on the mend, but she’s not out of the woods yet.

General Hospital rumors hint that things won’t be easy for Maxie once she wakes up from her coma. Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Nathan (Cesar Faison) are about to do Maxie dirty as her bestie and husband by default hook up. She struggles with her heart- torn between Spinelli and Nathan. And what’s worse is that Nathan wants Lulu now anyway, and Nathan may not even be Nathan! What if Nathan is really Peter (Wes Ramsey)?!

General Hospital Spoilers: Is Sam Part of Cesar Faison’s Final Project?

Faison’s project brings back Sam
General Hospital: Faison linked to Sam’s potential return?

General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 2, 2026 reveal that details of Faison’s final project become clearer. As investigations continue, new developments emerge. And the more we know, the more Cesar Faison’s project seems to involve the same key players as the last time he messed with the people of Port Charles. Ultimately, that all ended when Jason shot and killed him in 2018. That’s why (among other potential clues that can be found in this article) GH rumors suggest that Faison’s project brings back Sam.

It’s obvious that Faison’s final project, Cold Fusion, involves multiple people who have ties to the infamous villain. First, his kids, Britt, Nathan, and Peter. Of course Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Turner) too. In the past, Faison was responsible for the memory mapping and swapping of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). And within that mess, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is the one who discovered that Peter was actually Henrik- blowing his cover.

Additional GH comings and goings reports and recent spoilers confirm that Kirsten Storms returns as Maxie Jones. Let’s not forget her ties to both Nathan and Peter. She’s also linked to Sidwell, since we know that he’s the one who poisoned Deception’s product, causing her to fall into a coma right on the set of Home and Heart!

Will Faison’s Project Bring Back Sam?

The latest General Hospital spoilers and rumors indicate that Drew awakens after his wifey-induced stroke. Will he be the Drew he once was? GH rumors tease that Faison could have been responsible for Drew’s personality shift over the last couple of years. Coincidentally, Drew became what seemed like a different person (not for the better) soon after Jason returned. Potentially, Faison could be responsible for literally everything that’s happening now in Port Charles.

Apparently, General Hospital rumors speculate that this is eerily familiar to “the tale of two Jason’s” storyline that began around 2014. From there the storyline lingered on and off, and then picked back up in 2017. Then, Jason’s 2017 returned began the conclusion that wrapped up in 2018.

It makes sense that many of the same key players in that story are also prevalent in today’s current storyline. Faison continues to terrorize the same people he’s always terrorized. That said, GH rumors surrounding Kelly Monaco’s potential return hint that Faison may be linked to Drew’s strange behavior over the last couple of years, and Sam’s return.

The frequent name dropping and the current focus on Alexis, Drew, and Scout all hint toward Sam’s potential return. Then tie it to Faison, and boom, we might just have a logical way to present Sam’s return. Do you think that Kelly Monaco is headed back to General Hospital?
