Recently, two things changed in Brook Lynn’s life which have made for an overall positive adjustment. First, her mother came to town from Bensonhurst. Then, Brook Lynn’s granny took a hike. These two events seem to have positive effects on Ned and Lois’s daughter.

Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) just had to be with her Brookie after learning about her recent professional drama. See, Lois only had bits and pieces of the story that she learned from news outlets. But she quickly learned where the root of her daughter’s troubles. As GH recaps recall, it’s BLQ’s granny Tracy that had Lois’s daughter all upset.

Thankfully Lois arrive just in time before things between Tracy and Brookie got even worse. In addition, Lois’s miracle work extends past putting her ex mother-in-law in her place. Finally, Brook Lynn’s world started to calm down once Ned dropped the whole Eddie Maine shtick. She has her best friend and Ma to thank for that as well.

However, it looks like BLQ’s state of contentment is short lived as something rocks her boat. According to General Hospital spoilers, Granny Gloria addressed marriage with Brook Lynn and Chase. Now she she’s gone back to Bensonhurst, it looks like Lois takes her place. That is, Lois pushes for her daughter to marry the handsome Detective. Apparently, it’s all too much and the pressure gets to Brook Lynn. GH spoilers indicate that BLQ has a panic attack as a result of all the marriage talk.

While Monica is away, Tracy Quartermaine is at play. She’s in a position of power and she schemes every person who gets in her way. It’s true, Tracy does this while having no shame. She does what she’s gotta to do. That means, winning is everything. Even if your own granddaughter has to live with the embarrassment of knowing that Granny played her for a fool. Right now Tracy’s in charge. That is, she was.

According to GH spoilers, Tracy deals with more than Brook Lynn and her mom Lois. Tracy’s son Ned married a drop dead gorgeous, spitfire of a woman from Bensonhurst. My how time flies! It’s coming up on 4 years since Amanda Setton joined General Hospital. She made her GH debut as Brook Lynn Quartermaine on November 18th, 2019. Setton has since built a large fan base as the new Brook Lynn.

Now, four years later and GH fans are rooting for this young woman. Amanda has undeniably made this role her own after taking over from Adrianne Leon. Setton reflects on BLQ’s storyline when she and Maxie did whatever it took to protect baby Bailey Lou from Maxie’s crazy baby daddy, Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Which, I’m pretty perplexed that she would even go there with BLQ considering how tough she is with the Bensonhurst blood. Clearly, BLQ is no pushover. But when it comes to love, especially her love Detective Chase (Josh Swickard), she becomes almost malleable. I say “almost” because even though she has a tough exterior, love changes her- but never permanently.

Regardless, Granny came barking up the wrong tree when she blackmailed Brook Lynn. Because now Tracy answers to Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer). According to General Hospital spoilers, Tracy has met her match. Her ex-daughter-in-law gives her a run for her money while she’s in town, and Tracy doesn’t know what to do.
