Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) said it herself that nothing and no one will stand in her way of being with her son, Wiley- not even the child’s great grandmother. Not only is Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) Nelle’s main obstacle, but an unexpected inconvenience has shown up as well.
Julian Jerome (William DeVry) has been blackmailed by Nelle to do her dirty work or she will tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about Julian’s awareness in Wiley’s original kidnapping. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane, Amanda Setton) overheard Nelle’s plan as she was on the phone, instructing Julian on how to go about snatching Wiley from the Quartermaine mansion. Brook Lynn’s biggest mistake was confronting Nelle before actually calling the police.
General Hospital spoilers reveal after BLQ underestimated what Nelle is capable of, now she may never sing again. Nelle wasn’t about to let anyone stop her plan to kidnap Wiley, so she sprung into action and took care of Brook Lynn. GH spoilers suggest Nelle lunges at Brook Lynn’s throat with the scissors, leaving her injured and possibly unable to sing ever again.
GH spoilers and rumors suggest BLQ’s promising career may come to a screeching halt all because of Nelle. Now that Nelle has made sure Brook Lynn won’t be calling the police, Nelle continues to proceed with her plan having Julian take Wiley from the Quartermaine mansion. Will someone else stumble upon the situation and stop Julian in his tracks?
Kelly Monaco originated the role of Samantha McCall back in October of 2003. The feisty, badass, con artist, fighter, has come along way from her days of conning and scheming. She has found a place and made a life with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), and their families. Sam eventually discovered Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was her mother, and down the road it was learned that Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is her father. Sam and Jason have built a life together with their close friends, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his wife Carly (Laura Wright).
Kelly Monaco’s talent is extremely versatile as she is able to express her emotions and play many different facets of Sam. Before General Hospital, Monaco was already a part of the ABC Network and GH clan as she played Livvie Locke on the GH spin-off, Port Charles, where she played alongside co-star Michael Easton (Caleb Morley PC, Hamilton Finn GH).
Kelly recently took a temporary break from General Hospital as the show resumed filming after the Covid-19 pandemic hiatus. Kelly is now back on screen and fans have welcomed her back with open arms.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahan) wasn’t romantically involved with Julian without learning a few things about him. As she told Sam (Kelly Monaco), Nelle (Chloe Lanier) must have something over Julian Jerome (William DeVry) in order for him to behave so crazily and marry Nelle. Either way, Sam is disgusted and the look on her face when her mom stated Julian is being blackmailed says it all.
General Hospital spoilers indicated Sam will make her mission to find out what Julian is hiding. Together, mother and daughter Davis Girls will get to the bottom of Julian’s actions. GH rumors claim, the difference between Sam and Alexis though is that Sam will want nothing more to expose him once they find out, and Alexis will want to keep his secret.

Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) thought she was a step ahead of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and his new bride, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), when she showed up to the courthouse married to Julian Jerome (William DeVry).
New General Hospital spoilers for the week of August 3rd indicate Nelle will be shaken. GH rumors claim odds are Nelle’s plan to marry a mobster (Julian) will backfire and not give Nelle the outcome for which she was hoping.
Before the hiatus, in one of the last episodes, mob boss and Grandfather to Wiley, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), warned Julian to drop Nelle and this sham of a marriage like a hot potato. Julian knows that Nelle will tell all of she doesn’t do what he says, but he also doesn’t want to feel the wrath of Sonny.
Will Julian blow Nelle’s plan into pieces To save himself from Sonny? If he does, he will be risking his son Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) finding out about his involvement with the entire Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), Lucas, and Wiley, situation. Is that a risk Julian will be willing to take?
It’s official! General Hospital news reports reveal GH actors are headed back to work!
Shortly after William DeVry made a statement mentioning there will not be any film shooting but the office at Prospect Studios may open, another GH actor, Josh Swickard (Detective Chase) announced he is headed back to work.
General Hospital spoilers reveal the workplace the cast and crew once knew is now not so familiar. In his most recent Instagram post, Josh Swickard mentions his place of employment looks much different than before. Swickard then goes on to reflect on his time spent in quarantine and closed his caption off with encouraging words for fans.
General Hospital news reports have gone back and forth in regard to when LA County would allow for the film industry to resume. As recent as July 19th, it was stated by actor, William DeVry that he wouldn’t be returning to work on July 20th because filming was not in the plans. Things seem to have changed overnight when Josh Swickard posted a statement which contradicts what was stated by DeVry. It’s possible that the cast is returning in small groups and what may be why some cast members say they aren’t going back quite yet while others announce their return to the workplace.

Maxie May notice something is off with Sasha and try to figure out how to help. Chase has always been a loyal friend and since he and Sasha made the decision to fake the affair, it’s likely he could be the one to take notice and come to Sasha’s rescue.

New couple alert! General Hospital rumors hint toward an unexpected yet pleasant idea for a couple, Julian and Liz!
Julian Jerome (William DeVry) needs a love interest and fans out there think Julian and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) would make a great fit. Apparently William DeVry, GH’s Julian Jerome, thinks so too. In a tweet directed at a fan, DeVry mentions that Julian and Liz have “the most epic ship name. But it’s R Rated.” DeVry doesn’t go on to elaborate- but a fan does.

Doesn’t DeVry know that couple “ship name” already has a history with General Hospital fans and dan wars? Here’s a little history lesson for those who may not know the back story… back in the day there used to be a much larger fan war between the Liz and Jason aka Liason fans, and Jason and Sam aka JaSam fans. The two fan bases battled it out over on the SoapNet Message Boards that night longer exist. The die hard Jason and Sam fans called the Liason fans, “Jizzers,” in a negative way to express their distaste for the couple.

The obvious ladies include Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos), due to her sticky situation with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nelle Benson are also suspect it’s having an unplanned pregnancy now that they are both abruptly married. General Hospital spoilers indicate there is yet another young woman that could be pregnant. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has been in a serious relationship for a good length of time with Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Maxie still remains blind to who Peter really is. Maxie is feeling nauseated and light headed, which are surefire soap opera signs of pregnancy- and nobody saw this coming. A baby for Peter and Maxie would be detrimental. Poor Maxie, she would be having a baby with Peter just to eventually find out he is a fraud, a criminal, a huge disappointment, and actually dangerous. So much for hoping that Maxie and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will soon see the light about Peter and Maxie being able to make a clean break from him. A baby for Maxie and Peter isn’t only something no one saw coming. For the most part, this is something no one wants. As a GH fan, are you happy with Maxie having a baby with Peter?
Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) put on quite a show when she stumbled into the courtroom, late for her own custody hearing, in a wedding dress, flashing her ring.
Nelle overheard that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) were tying the knot before the big court appearance. Nelle’s psycho instincts kicked in and she knew right then and there that she had to do something, and it had to be BIG.
General Hospital spoilers previously revealed that Nelle has been trying to work Julian Jerome (William DeVry) into helping her by testifying on her behalf. Of course, like most everyone else in Port Charles, he turned her down flat. Rejection doesn’t stop Nelle. The universe seems to place things she can use for her advantage right in her path. GH spoilers revealed Nelle would overhear a private conversation regarding Julian’s involvement in Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Lucas Jones’ (Ryan Carnes) crash which left Lucas in a coma for months.
General Hospital rumors hint that Julian is the poor soul who got blackmailed into marrying Nelle for her little performance in court. It makes total sense that Julian would want to keep his deep dark secret buried, thus agreeing to Nelle’s terms for her silence.
However, other GH rumors have been swirling that claim Julian is not Nelle’s groom. Brad Cooper is serving time in Pentonville for the kidnapping of Wiley. Nelle has been trying to convince anyone who will listen that she was coerced by Brad and he orchestrated the entire thing. Since Brad was Wiley’s sole father figure during the first year, and then some, GH rumors claim Nelle got Brad to marry her by offering him a place in his life has his father figure just as before. Nelle shouldn’t be underestimated, there are no bounds to what she is capable of.
Other General Hospital rumors claim Nelle will pull a shocking stunt and reveal she is married to Port Charles villain, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Since Nelle doesn’t think dithered than the here and now, she could see Renault as a source of power and leverage. Perhaps she became Mrs. Renault so she and her new hubby can take over the entire city?!
