General Hospital comings and goings archives fills GH fans in on the latest GH news. Each exit and arrival can be found on GH Blog’s comings and goings page.
From time to time, the characters we’ve grown to love (or love to hate) leave. Some return after some time, and others arrive on the canvas unexpectedly. As GH fans, General Hospital Blog knows exactly how it feels to lose a beloved character, as well as how it feels to love (or hate) a newby. Whatever emotions are flowing through at the time someone leaves or enters the canvas, fans can be sure to get the latest information on our GH comings and goings page.
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) wasn’t known for his generosity and heroism. He let the chips fall as they may as the son of Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). Now he has a second chance at being a good brother. So, is Peter still alive? Or will Peter help Britt from beyond the grave?
Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) went through a rebellious phase. She was lying and scheming, while seemingly following in her father’s footsteps. Britt wanted nothing to do with mimicking Cesar’s toxic traits, therefore, she turned her life around.
Britt’s half brother Peter wasn’t as strong-willed as Cesar’s other offspring. At times it seemed as Peter was just like his father. He couldn’t fight it the way Britt did. The evil lived inside Peter while he destroyed the ones he claimed to love.
Is Peter still alive?
GH fans want to know the answer to this burning question; Is Peter still alive? While GH spoilers indicate his outreach to Britt, it’s likely his presence will come from beyond the grave.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt uncovers the meaning and purpose behind Peter’s mystery box. The box he left behind was specifically for Britt. She and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) continue their mission to decode the secret meaning. Their shocking discovery is around the corner.
General Hospital recaps recall Peter’s past working relationship with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). They worked together against Britt’s mom Lie Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), and more. At one point, their focus was to distract Liesl. Liesl was worried about her daughter after learning she carries the genetic marker for the incurable disease. She was determined to do anything to help, while attending a conference over seas was the plan.
Victor faked everything!
GH rumors speculate Victor faked Britt’s Huntington’s diagnosis. Peter has never done a damn thing for his sister while he was alive, however, his last gift to her could be the gift of life. GH previews and rumors hint Peter gives Britt the gift of life with the contents of that box. Blood is thicker than water, meaning, his professional ties to Victor don’t hold a candle to family ties.
Has Peter finally put family first? Will the box expose Victor for faking Britt Westbourne’s illness?
Is Alex alive? GH rumors suggest a major twist to Victor’s plans. Alex Marick is alive! Leave it to Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) to plan the perfect crime.
Victor had already been planning to get Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) out kf the way when the perfect opportunity came about. He found out Anna planted Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) in his orbit to gain inside information on Victor’s master plan. Lucy was determined to use her personal skills with the opposite sex to successfully seduce and distract Mr. Cassadine. Although Anna wanted Lucy pulled from the mission, Lucy wouldn’t stop until she came through for Anna and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).
General Hospital spoilers indicate Victor has framed Anna for the shooting and possible murder of Lucy. Victor is playing his cards right and his nefarious plot to frame Anna just became air tight.
Is Alex alive?! GH fans raise the question after what looks to be Anna is seen on surveillance tying to Lucy’s shooting.
According to prev General Hospital spoilers and rumors, General Hospital Blog revealed shocking news on ADA Arden (Jennifer Field). The hook attacks have taken a pause, meanwhile, Arden is acting shady at the PCPD.
Victor’s plans seem to be rolling out nicely with the help from the inside. GH rumors hint Assistant District Attorney Arden is working with Victor to frame Anna, in addition to rumors of her involvement in the hook attacks.
General Hospital rumors indicate Anna’s twin Alex Marick is alive. Victor’s mission to frame Anna is a sure thing as long as everyone believes Alex is dead.
Is Carly Corinthos dead? Alright, don’t panic! Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) set out to Jacksonville, Florida. She was about to take some time for personal growth and professional development when her plans got hijacked. Carly’s plane made an emergency landing, delaying her flight and missing her business conference.
Carly never expected to run into her past. She was forced to face some painful memories which made her reflect on who she used to be.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly stayed strong and did what she had to do to make things right with her late mother, Virginia. With the help of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Carly was inspired to take charge of her life.
General Hospital recaps recall Carly’s determination to walk away from her Corinthos name. She is ready to create her own identity and take control of her future. Living in Sonny Corinthos’s shadow doesn’t suit Carly anymore.
General Hospital rumors speculate something is off about Carly’s journey to self discovery. Some GH fans have questioned whether or not Carly is even conscious. Could Carly be dreaming while suffering head trauma? GH fans noticed certain details of the story that were suspicious.
Fans remember the way Reese died to have been much different than the story Carly told Drew. Reese Marshall (Kari Wührer) showed up in Port Charles in the early 2000s. The FBI agent was out to destroy Carly’s life, while her goal was to come between Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Reese died in the Port Charles train wreck storyline in 2005.
Also, Peyton Honeycutt’s complete 180° didn’t sit too well with observant fans. She resented Carly for her husband’s infidelity while using her power in the community to hurt Carly. The whole thing just seems surreal, as if Carly’s subconscious is running wild.
Is Carly Corinthos dead?
General Hospital rumors hint that the old Carly Corinthos cant come to the phone right now. Why? ’Cause she’s dead! but not really though. Although Carly very well could be in a coma, dreaming of making peace with her past, however, GH rumors hint she will indeed return a new woman.
Will Carly ditch her old self and embrace a fresh start?!
*Title based off Taylor Swift’s iconic song, Look What You Made Me Do. The line, ”I’m sorry, the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now. Why? Oh! ’Cause she’s dead!” seemed to fit perfectly with Carly’s identity crisis. She’s ready to ditch the Corinthos name, leaving behind her old identity. The old Carly is dead and gone!
What happened to Lucy Coe? Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) has so many questions and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is determined to give answers.
Lucy Coe is missing and the only people who can find her will be Anna and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). General Hospital spoilers reveal Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has plotted to distract Anna and Robert by using Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) as a decoy. Anna won’t be able to focus on Victor now that Holly has popped up.
General hospital rumors suggest Victor has framed Anna for the attempted murder and disappearance of Lucy. Anna is positive Victor is behind Lucy’s disappearance. So much so that her confidence has fueled her outrage toward Victor.
Recent GH spoilers indicate Victor remains unfazed by Anna’s confidence. He isn’t worried about being a suspect because he knows evidence points to Anna. Victor knows exactly what happened to Lucy Coe.
Victor set up the perfect plan to get Anna out of the way. Anna’s gun was stolen, therefore, General Hospital rumors claim that her gun will be found as evidence and Lucy shooting.
Anna promised Martin she’d bring Lucy home safe, or do everything in her power to bring her shooter to justice. GH rumors speculate Anna will have a difficult time bringing Victor to justice if she’s behind bars.
Elizabeth killed Reiko?! Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) current mental state has been a result of her suppressed, childhood trauma. Whatever Liz experienced back in the day has been buried deep.
General Hospital news reports confirm General Hospital has cast two new actors to fill the roles as Elizabeth Webber’s parents. Jeff (William Moses) and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) have a complicated past. Both of their two daughters were raised by their grandmother, Audrey Hardy (Rachel Ames).
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has tried to be there for Liz every step of the way through her journey through her troubled past. Finn will take as much as Elizabeth will allow. Although it’s been difficult for Elizabeth to let him in, Finn wants to continue to look out for her.
Finn has always believed his late wife, Reiko (Mele Ihara) died of Blackwood’s Syndrome. From then he was inspired to find cure. But what if that isn’t jow Reiko died at all? What if Elizabeth killed Reiko?
General Hospital recaps recall Elizabeth’s flashbacks bringing forth memories Liz had deeply buried. One memory in particular was triggered by the incident involving Finn and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) on the stairs. Liz has flashbacks of a staircase, while she yelled to a young woman to stay away from her father [Jeff].
General Hospital rumors hint Liz may have been the one to push Reiko down the stair, causing her death. Jeff and Carolyn sent Liz and Sarah off with Gram, far away from where the incident took place.
GH rumors hint Jeff was having an affair with Reiko. Therefore, Elizabeth wanted her far away from her father, giving her motive to push Jeff’s mistress down the stairs. Carolyn and Jeff wanted to protect their daughter. Did Liz’s parents cover up her crime?
Victor frames Anna! Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has a specific agenda. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) won’t rest until she figures out his plans and why.
General Hospital spoilers indicate Victor’s devious plan to get Anna out of the way is even more sinister than simply having her eliminated. GH recaps recall Anna initially recruited Lucy to assist in her plan. She and Valentin had hoped Lucy could distract Victor enough for him to become careless.
However, once the risk to Lucy became to great, Anna retracted her request for Lucy to carry out this mission. Lucy was offended by Anna’s lack of faith in her but Anna was truly worried for her friend’s safety.
As it turns out, Anna was right. General Hospital rumors suggest Lucy’s involvement with Victor could cost her her life. GH spoilers claim Victor carried out his plan to get Anna out of Valentin’s life and out of the way. Instead of having Anna killed, Victor chose a more unpredictable route.
GH rumors hint Victor frames Anna for the shooting of Lucy Coe. Johann Bauer (Max Decker) snuck into Anna’s and stole her gun. If we had to guess, it looks as though Anna’s gun was used shoot Lucy. The cosmetics company mogul seemed to know the face of her shooter as she pleaded for them not to do it.
Will Anna take the fall when authorities find out her gun was used to shoot Lucy?
Lucy Coe fights for her life! Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) has a laundry list of street smart credentials. Life skills are second nature to Lucy as she has had to improvise for many curveballs. However, Lucy’s specific skills set just might not cut it.
General Hospital recaps recall Anna and Lucy’s argument regarding Lucy’s involvement in Anna and Valentin’s plan to trap Victor. Anna realized it was a mistake and Lucy was in over her head. She begged her friend to bow out but Lucy was determined to see this through. Lucy took pride in her street smart skills and believed them to be enough.
Anna’s worst fear for Lucy came true. Her entanglement with Victor has come with devastating consequences. Victor’s henchmen, Johann Bauer (Max Decker) broke into Anna’s space and stole her gun. Soon after, Lucy was gunned down on Pier 57.
Who shot Lucy Coe?
General Hospital rumors speculate Johann shot Lucy on Victor’s orders. If so, get ready for a major twist because framing Anna could be the perfect crime. GH rumors hint Lucy was collateral damage in Victor’s plot to get rid of Anna. Framing Anna for the (attempted) murder of Lucy Coe would be the perfect trap to keep Anna out of Victor’s way.
General Hospital spoilers indicate Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) feels like she has Lucy’s blood on her hands, as she roped Lucy into her plans. She and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) needed help in getting inside information on Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Now she lives with what happed to Lucy as it weighs on her conscience. Worse than feeling guilty, GH spoilers hint Anna will actually go down for shooting Lucy. As if feeling guilty wasn’t bad enough, accusations of her guilt will consume her.
Elizabeth’s parents head to Port Charles! General Hospital news reports confirm General Hospital has cast two new actors in the roles of Jeff and Caroline Webber.
GH and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) fans have long awaited this major breakthrough. Talk of Liz’s parents has been a focal point for the character’s current storyline.
The role of Jeff Webber was previously played by Richard Dean Anderson. Caroline Webber has been a mere mention as the role has never been cast. General Hospital spoilers reveal the roles of Elizabeth’s parents have been cast by two prime time actors.
GH news confirms Falcon Crest’s William Moses and Star Trek actress, Denise Crosby will fill the roles, finally bringing Liz’s parents to life. General Hospital recaps recall he role of Jeff Webber was introduced in 1981. For 25 years we have never put a face to the name, Caroline Webber.
Elizabeth and her sister Sarah Webber (Jennifer Sky) arrived Port Charles in 1997. The two daughters of Jeff and Caroline Webber were raised by their Gram, Audrey Hardy (Rachel Ames).
In a recent tweet, GH newcomer, Denise Crosby confirmed news of landing the role as Liz’s mom. Denise will be the first actress to fill the shoes of Caroline Webber.
General Hospital rumors hint that Jeff will be brought in to shed light on the death of Reiko. Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) late wife appeared in Elizabeth’s flashbacks as she struggled with her past trauma. Her memories peeked her curiosity as she pieced together the traumatic events. Liz thinks her father could have been involved in Reiko’s death, while Finn believed her death was accidental and caused by poison.
GH spoilers and rumors claim Elizabeth’s memories will increasingly resurface as her parents jar memories she had buried deeply in her subconscious.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has never been backed further into a corner than he is right now. His own father, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has been the biggest threat to his life.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is also on Victor’s radar. Victor has not limitations for whom he would sacrifice to carryout his plan. Victor will do whatever is necessary to get them out of his way. Valentin has adored Anna for years and they have suddenly fallen for each other at the same time. Valentin finally has the love he’s been looking for while GH spoilers and rumors suggest it can all be taken away.
General Hospital previews indicate Anna is desperate to help Valentin. She makes a phone call pleading on Valentine’s behalf.
Valentin knows exactly what he is up against. He’s not blind to the fact that he is being set up. Valentin knows what his father is capable of and is prepared for the worst. In recent General Hospital previews, Valentin admits Victor’s plan to get rid of him. Even though he predicts his fate, he’s at a loss on how to beat Victor.
General Hospital rumors suggest Anna is Valentin’s last hope at survival. Whether she saves him directly or takes matters into her own hands to get help, Valentin’s life is in Anna’s hands.
General Hospital rumors have intensified surrounding concerns for Valentin Cassadine’s fate. GH wants want to know, Is Valentin going to die? Victor is ruthless and he has proven that by holding Valentin’s daughter Charlotte hostage. He is using her to manipulate Valentin. Victor is dangling Charlotte like bait. GH rumors claim Victor is leading Valentin to meet his fate.
Will Anna dave Valentin before Victor gets his way?
Dominic Zamprogna lands NCIS role! General Hospital news reports confirm GH star has landed a primetime role on the CBS drama, NCIS: Los Angeles.
Details about the role explain Zamprogna’s status with ABC’s General Hospital. His work with NCIS: Los Angeles raises concerns from fans.
Recent GH spoilers revealed Dominic guest starred on the CBS drama on Sunday, October 16th. His guest appearance in primetime brought forth questions on Dante Falconeri’s future in Port Charles. Rest assured, Dante isn’t going anywhere. General Hospital comings and goings reports confirm Dominic Zamprogna’s primetime guest appearance will have zero effect on his role as Dante Falconeri.
Even though Dominic Zamprogna lands NCIS role in primetime, there will be a lot of drama in store for Dante Falconeri’s future in Port Charles.
GH spoilers hint Cody will bring some of Dante’s past to the surface. It’s possible Cody could rattle things between Dante and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco). If Dante is hiding anything from his past, Sam is soon to find out.
General Hospital rumors suggest Dante and Cody made a pact to keep their past in the past. Now that Cody has shown up in Port Charles, the past is bound to resurface. Is Dante as cut and dry as it seems?
