Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) toxic relationship with his ex-girlfriend Esme Prince. Their entire relationship was based on falsehoods that they were both in it for love. However, that wasn’t take case for Esme.

For a while it looked as the she could have been redeemed by her amnesia. She became a new person, and more importantly she was a good mother to baby Ace (Jay and Joey Clay).

According to General Hospital news and spoilers, Avery Pohl and Nicholas Chavez exited their roles as Esme and Spencer when she and Spencer fell into frigid waters.
