Lives were turned upside down for the people of Port Charles when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) disappeared. But instead of things falling back into place upon his return, he and his loved ones are still struggling through life’s challenges even now that he is back.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) were headed down a new yet familiar path together when they were blindsided by Sonny’s miraculous return from the dead. Now Carly is left to sort out her feelings.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly is still dealing with the fallout of her feelings for Jason all while having her husband back in her life. What she doesn’t know is that Sonny is struggling with his feelings as well after falling in love with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
General Hospital previews indicate that Carly confides in Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), telling her she has put her friendship with Jason on hold. Jason is off with Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), playing her hero while he helps find her mother, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Carly had to put her feelings for Jason on the back burner in order to stay true to Sonny, while oblivious to the fact that Sonny has a place in his heart for the woman who kept him away from Carly and their entire family.
Right now Carly has to keep Jason at arm’s length, even though that’s not what she wants.
