Michael’s lawyer, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) has been a huge advocate for Michael to marry Willow in order to increase his chances of winning custody of Wiley over Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier).
Nelle Benson, Wiley’s biological mother, is a criminal, and most would argue she is unstable, and unfit to be a mother. Nelle seems to think she will be a shoe-in at motherhood, and truly believes she has beyond a fighting chance to win custody of Wiley over Michael.
