He is seen as non verbal, unresponsive, and in a vegetative state. However, Ryan is faking his condition as GH fans were clued in on after Ava Jerome (Maura West) gave him the last word as she unleashed a piece of her mind.
General Hospital rumors hint that no one in Port Charles, especially Ava Jerome and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) once Ryan escapes from his new facility.
