Are you Team Portia or Team Jordan? Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) finds himself in the thick of a fresh love triangle. Although Curtis, Jordan, and Portia were always intertwined, two of the three almost crossed the line.
In the wake of Curtis and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) wedding nightmare, Curtis struggles with the past and present. As General Hospital recaps recall, his marriage to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) ended over secrets and lies. Curtis blamed Jordan for upholding her obligation to her career.
General Hospital spoilers tease that Curtis reflects on his marriage with Jordan. Perhaps he pointed his finger when he had unfair expectations. Just because they were married doesn’t mean Curtis was automatically privy to confidential police information. GH spoilers and rumors suggest that Curtis realizes that now.
Up until Portia’s lies we’re exposed, Curtis still raked Jordan over the coals every time something went wrong in HIS life. In fact, he even tried to blame her in part for the situation Portia created. However, that’s all about to change. After a few drinks and an honest conversation, Jordan and Curtis seem more connected than ever before.
Now, Curtis has a lot to think about. Did he unfairly cast Jordan aside? How could he forgive Portia and move forward while turning his back on Jordan for much less? General Hospital rumors hint that Portia’s worst fears come true. Her greatest fear is to lose Curtis, and with Jordan in the equation, Portia might not stand a chance.
Take the GH Poll! Are you Team Portia or Team Jordan?
Can Holly save Esme from Victor? Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is out for what he believes is his. As the self-proclaimed leader of the Cassadine family, Victor makes it his mission to herd family members like sheep. Total control is his end game. However, in order for Uncle Victor to satisfy his desire, he must get through Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
According to recent General Hospital recaps, Victor expresses his desire to take baby Ace. As the mother of the youngest Cassadine heir, Esme fears Uncle Victor’s very presence. Furthermore, she has trust issues with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Together, Victor and Spencer pose a serious threat to Esme and baby Ace. That being said, the controlling Cassadine must be stopped.
As reported in General Hospital spoilers, Victor plans to take baby Ace from his mother. With Spencer’s help, Victor preys on Esme. Time is running out and Victor needs to be stopped before any harm comes to Esme or her baby. Currently, Spencer’s grandmother Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) took Esme and Ace into her home. Trust is a touchy subject when it comes to Esme and the Cassadine’s. However, although Laura is Spencer’s grandmother, she isn’t a Cassadine.
It’s safe to say that a Laura is one of the good ones. Having helped Holly, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), and Mac (John J. York) and Felicia Jones (Kristina Wagner) in the past, she’ll help them take down Victor this time around too. GH news reports confirm that Emma Samms returns to General Hospital as Holly Sutton. According to GH rumors, Holly returns just in time to help the crew bring Victor down for good. Can Holly save as Esme from Victor before he takes baby Ace?
Curtis makes a big mistake! Curtis, Portia, and Jordan make up the love triangle we all saw coming. And now that it’s here we can’t look away. Obviously, Commissioner Jordan and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) never saw relief from the tension between them.
As General Hospital recaps recall, Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) bitterness remained throughout Curtis and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) courtship. Jordan’s own experience with Curtis left her sensitive to the situation. She knew Portia was lying to him and Jordan knows first hand how Curtis feels about all that.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Curtis, Portia, and Jordan become more entangled than ever before. Having been married to Jordan first, Curtis lived through lies within his marriage. However, her lies were work-related. For the most part, Jordan had to keep things confidential. Curtis couldn’t see things her way which ultimately ended their relationship.
General Hospital previews and spoilers tease that Curtis has second thoughts about ending his marriage to Jordan. Curtis makes a big mistake when he gets closer to his ex-wife. The love triangle we all saw coming is here. As he drowns his sorrows in booze, Curtis becomes vulnerable with Jordan. Meanwhile, she admits she’s not over him.
Now that Portia broke his trust deeper than Jordan ever did, will he apologize to Jordan?
Esme doesn’t trust Victor. Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is like a little lost puppy out in the big world. After severe trauma, Esme suffers from amnesia. Typically those who suffer total memory loss would give anything to regain those precious memories. However, with Esmé, that is not the case.
In retrospect, Esme’s life prior to amnesia isn’t a life worth remembering. At least according her her anyways. Prior to losing her memory, Esme sulked about her lonely childhood. Having not been raised by her biological parents, Esme spent much of her childhood with her nanny, Maggie Fitzgerald. Thankfully, the new and improved Esme doesn’t never knew them then, and remember her biological parents either. In a way, the amnesia has given a young woman a clean slate and a fresh start. Now a loving mother, the days of Esme’s terrorizing ways are over.
Despite the fact that Esme doesn’t remember even her most recent past, she is able to instinctively sense certain feelings. When naming baby Ace, her intuition spoke to her. The love Esme has for her baby is strong enough to break through the amnesia. Additionally, danger and fear fill her senses whenever Esme encounters particular people. For instance, she sensed danger and fear around Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). As we know, her Spidey-senses were spot on. Talking about danger, the same goes for Victor. Esme doesn’t trust Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) further than she can throw him. Will Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) try to talk Esme out of her own instincts? Or, will she take Victor just as seriously?
What’s wrong with Gregory? Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) has Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) thrown for a loop. His recent, mysterious behavior has the ex-attorney going hard at her new profession. Something is definitely up with her new pal Gregory. Because of this, Alexis uses her investigative skills to figure out what’s going on.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Alexis shares insight about Gregory with her trusted friend and ex-colleague, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy). As a friend, Alexis is concerned about Gregory. On the other hand, as an investigative reporter, Alexis Davis is concerned with the story. Her curiosity leads Alexis down a path to find out what’s wrong with Gregory. She and Diane Miller discuss the possible reasons for Gregory’s cryptic behavior. Recently, Gregory lied to Alexis about his job. Furthermore, he used his job as an excuse to deny Alexis’ request. The truth always has a funny way of showing itself but it takes hard work and focus to find it. After weeks of wondering and questioning, Aulates speculates the possibilities with Diane.
Meanwhile, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Dr. Finn (Michael Easton) runs tests on Gregory. At this point, Gregory’s secret issue seems to be medical. Previous General Hospital rumors claimed that Gregory was hiding his involvement in the hook killings. But, other than his connection to Alexis, Gregory doesn’t have any known ties to Esme, Trina, or really anyone involved with the hook. Furthermore, Alexis’ involvement is solely due to her job at The Invader.
So, while Alexis is hypothesizing with Diane, Gregory’s son is running tests to get answers for his father. Will Alexis narrow his issue down to figure out he has a mystery illness?
Esme is released from Spring Ridge! Esme and Ace come home. Trina’s heart to heart with Esme leads to an unexpected decision.
General Hospital Recap: The saga is ongoing and those involved have been through countless days of fighting for justice. The victims, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) want nothing more than for Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) to pay for her crimes. Though Cam and Joss are the ones featured in the revenge porn video, they aren’t Esme’s only victims. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) also fell victim to Esme. As Josslyn’s best friend, Trina was framed for filming her bestie and her boyfriend without their consent. In fact, things went so far that Trina even stood trial for a crime she didn’t commit. Thankfully, she’s been acquitted. Her exoneration led to the hunt for the real culprit, Esme. Fast forward months later and now Esme’s complete 180° puts a pause on justice for Cam, Joss, and Trina.
According to recent General Hospital spoilers, in a shocking turn of events, the charges against Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) are dropped when Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) presents a compelling explanation. According to General Hospital spoilers, Esme and Ace come home after their release from Spring Ridge. However, the question of where she and baby Ace will call home presents itself.
As shown in the latest General Hospital previews, Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) delivers some “wonderful” news to Esme. Accompanied by Spencer, Laura tried to hype Esme up for her release from Spring Ridge. But, even though she brings forth good news, she also brought Spencer. Esme isn’t too fond of the man who wants to take her baby. Big brother or not, Esme doesn’t want Spencer anywhere near baby Ace. So, now what? Where will Esme and Ace call home?
Chase gives Brook Lynn a second chance. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) hasn’t been herself lately. After her breakup with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), Brook Lynn doesn’t have her same spark. We aren’t saying that she isn’t a bright light on her own, we just mean we see a bit of sadness in her overall aura ever since she lost her true love.
General Hospital recaps recall Chase had the last of Brook Lynn’s antics. Before they got together, Chase was hesitant to pursue anything more than friendship due to her tendency to lie and scheme. Until one day, a particular scheme caught Harrison Chase’s interest.
Although Brook Lynn was caught up in more illicit role play drama, this time there was much more to it than your average Brook Lynn classics. Surprisingly, Chase eventually saw past the lies and discovered a completely unselfish reason behind the scheme. Because of this, Chase actually fell in love with Brook Lynn. What Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) did to protect her baby from Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is what any mother desperate to keep her child safe would do. That being said, Brook Lynn couldn’t let Maxie fight the good fight alone. Therefore, Brook Lynn agreed to pass off Maxie’s baby as her own.
Finally, Chase was enamored with Brook Lynn’s sacrifice to help Maxie raise her baby in such a way. Chase saw Brook Lynn in a different light when he realized how strong she really is. She knew that she would have to eventually give up baby Louise but went through with it anyway. Ironically, the strength Brook Lynn displayed in a scheme is what led her and Chase down lover’s lane.
Chase Gives Brook Lynn A Second Chance
General Hospital recaps recall Brook Lynn’s short lived selflessness. Meanwhile, General Hospital spoilers reveal, shortly after one scheme made them fall in love, another was the one that tore them apart.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Brook Lynn and Chase are still not over one another. Chase had all he could take in regard to Brook Lynn’s antics. After selfishly sabotaging his job, Chase couldn’t look at her the same. BLQ did everything in her power to ensure Chase’s career as a pop star. In doing so, she shut the door on his opportunity to return to the PCPD.
Fast forward and GH spoilers and previews indicate that Chase gives Brooklyn a second chance. After talking with Willow, Chase is inspired to let love lead. After all, life is short.
Valentin lashes out at Anna! The Cassadine family has a certain way about them. Although very different, members of the iconic family give off similar auras. Becoming involved with a Cassadine in any way means a lifetime of looking over your shoulder. Many are intimidated by their dark and mysterious ways.
There is never a time when the Cassadine family isn’t plotting against their enemy. As per usual, every generation of Cassadines has beef with the Spencer family. For Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis), the battle between her family and the dark royals of Port Charles is just another day. Her days as Luke Spencer’s (Tony Geary) other half taught her a thing or to about outsmarting a Cassadine.
Because of their family history as enemies, Laura and Valentin Cassadine’s alliance goes against the norm. trusting a Cassadines isn’t something Laura is used. However, it isn’t just Laura and the Spencers looking over their shoulder.
General Hospital recaps recall the early stages of Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) encounters. First, these two were enemies. Then over time, Anna warmed up to Valentin. He confessed his affections over and over throughout the years but Anna wasn’t having it. Finally, they began a love/hate type of connection, often referred to as “frenemies.” Finally, Valentin and Anna fell in love.
General Hospital previews and spoilers indicate that the Cassadine in him shines through when Valentin lashes out at Anna. He accuses her of making a mistake. One that seems to be worth blowing up at someone who is on his side. What did Anna do? General Hospital rumors hint that it has to do with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and the Nurses Ball. Stay tuned!!!
Dante saves Sonny!?! Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and his father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are on opposite sides of the law. As a Police Officer, Sonny’s line of work compromise Dante’s obligation to the force. How can he turn a blind eye to crime? On the other hand, how can Dante bust his own father?
Over the years, Dante’s actions as a Port Charles Police Department Detective have been under scrutiny. Accused of favoritism by haters, yet viewed by some as a traitor to his own father. Needless to say Dante’s hands are tied when it comes to dealing with mob crime in Port Charles. Sonny and his son Dante often don’t see eye to eye. On the other hand, Michael has always been Sonny’s golden son. Or, the good son.” But this time around, Michael is far from the good son he once was to Sonny.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Dante’s got his work cut out for him when it comes to Sonny vs the law. A mob war is brewing as Dex Heller (Evan, Hofer) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) proceed with Michael’s original plan. However, GH Rumors suspect that Dex and Michael won’t get far before the PCPD steps in. Secretly, Sonny’s other son, Michael, and his trusted employee Dex are plotting his downfall.
Finally, General Hospital spoilers indicate that Sonny put his trust in the wrong hands. Little does Sonny know, he’s being duped by Dex and his own son.
Nina and Sonny won’t last much longer. …Not everyone is built for the type of life Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) leads. Although society glorifies certain aspects to the mobster lifestyle, a dark truth surrounds even the most respected mobsters. That lifestyle promises power, money, and respect, and other superficial advantages. On the other hand, living a life of crime is sure to catch up with you someday. And even the most respected can end up dead.
The superficially rewarding business comes with risks. As a single person having no kids involved, the mob-life is less of a threat. However, instances where spouses and children come into play tend to get more complicated. And some of those risks are too much to justify.
As Port Charles’ reining mob King, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) found the perfect life partner. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is his rock. Although times got dark and difficult , Carly never gave up. Now that life has taken Sonny and Carly in different directions, Sonny doesn’t have the same type of support.
Sonny’s Out Of Nina’s League
According to General Hospital spoilers, for the first time, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) sees Sonny’s other side. She thinks her version of him, or, ”Mike,” is the whole package. On the contrary, there’s so much more. That being said, one whiff of what’s ahead sends Ms. Reeves into a tailspin. At this point, Nina and Sonny’s relationship is doomed.
The latest General Hospital previews show Nina turning to a good friend Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) is back on the scene. GH Spoilers indicate that Nina opens up to Phyllis about her fears. Phyllis points out the obvious, but for Nina it’s a harsh reality. It’s tough being a mobsters leading lady. Does Nina have what it takes?
After Phyllis put things into perspective, will Nina come to terms with everything?
