Social media platforms are flooded with comments regarding what’s next in Port Charles. Specifically, Sonny’s fate hangs in the balance. As a result, General Hospital fan pages blew up as fans discuss Sonny and the entire Corinthos family.
Understandably, the Daytime Drama’s leading storyline has caused an uproar among the fans. GH’s long-time audience fear the potentially losing Port Charles’s favorite mobster. According to the latest General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) fate is decided. What is going to happen next for Sonny and the rest of the Corinthos clan?
GH previews indicate that the mobster’s life hangs by a thread as Carly, Michael, Morgan, Sam, and Jake, wait helplessly at the hospital. Meanwhile, Ric causes trouble for Carly and her kids. He is in denial, and so he repudiates Michael, and Morgan’s significance in Sonny’s life. Sadly, Ric’s petty drama ensues contemporaneously while Sonny fights for his life.
Carly Sits Faithfully At Sonny’s Bedside
At this point, it’s uncertain whether he will live or die. GH rumors claim that the PC mobster could become paralyzed after surgery, and Sonny’s family fears the worst. Unfortunately, this is the only option. While the surgery may save his life, there is a risk that Sonny may never walk again.
Carly has quite the decision to make. What do you think will happen to Sonny? If he lives, will he ever walk again?
Carly on her wedding day, along with their children, Michael and Morgan, friends, and loved ones, prepare themselves for the worst. Sonny Corinthos has been shot- on his and Carly’s wedding day. They all gather around, anxiously waiting to see if the father, mobster, and friend will live or die.
Jake arrived at Sonny’s covered in blood. The look on his and Carly’s face says it all. Carly and Jake have connected just as Jason Morgan and Carly had many years ago. Carly knows that Jake has come bringing the dark news that something terrible has happened to Sonny. Jake will be there for the Corinthos clan, just as Jason Morgan was always there for them in the past.
Jake, Sam, Carly, and Sonny, will grow closer in their bond due to this recent tragedy. Sooner, rather than later, Jake will know is actually Jason Morgan.
Check out this week’s shocking promo video! Sonny’s life hangs in the balance, and his son Morgan is out for revenge. Morgan believes Julian is responsible for Sonny being shot and he tells his Dad that he will kill Julian.
Fall is almost here which means November Sweeps will be right around the corner? Isn’t that what we have all been waiting for? General Hospital Blog previously reported that GH spoilers reveal the BIG JASON REVEAL will take place during this year’s November Sweeps.
Things are starting to fall right into place, in preparation for the town of Port Charles to find out that Jake Doe is actually Sam’s presumed late husband, Jason Morgan. Along with being Sam’s husband and Danny’s father, Jason is many things to his loved ones in PC that he left behind. Jason was always Sonny Corinthos’ right hand man. As Sonny’s business enforcer, he also helped protect Sonny and his family, including his best friend, Carly.
As Carly prepares for what she thinks will be the best day of her life, her 5th wedding to Sonny, General Hospital spoilers reveal other plans. Starting today on General Hospital, we will see the aftermath of the shooting with Sonny on Friday’s episode. It has been said that Jake and Sam will be the ones to come running, and that Jake (Jason) will play a huge hand in Sonny’s rescue.
It looks like the writers are setting the ground work for Jake to start morphing into the Jason Morgan we all know, love, and remember. With Sam by his side, Jason will show signs of his past… he will spring into action to rescue is long time friend and companion, Sonny, on his wedding day.
Will Jake’s heroic act spark a chain reaction of Jason Morgan behavioral traits? Watch General Hospital this week to find out just how close we will get to the JASON MORGAN REVEAL.
It will definitely be one for the books when Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) are exposed for keeping Jake’s (Billy Miller) true identity to themselves. Sam and Jake are closing in on Nikolas and his web of lies. As General Hospital inches closer and closer to November Sweeps, the rest of Port Charles will be zeroing in on the explosive truth in regard to Nik and Liz’s lies.
Sam is about to get find out that Jake is actually her husband, Jason Morgan. It looks as though Sam has Nikolas right where she wants him, exposing him for crimes he has committed and swept under the rug. With Nik’s plans unraveling rapidly, will Sam stumble upon his biggest deceitful secret yet? It’s only a matter of time before Nikolas and Elizabeth are outed for keeping Jason away from his real wife and rest of his family.
Jake and Sam work together to expose Nikolas… will they discover the shocking truth?
Elizabeth has officially gone off the deep end. Not only did she accept a marriage proposal from a man she knows is actually very married, but she sat there and asked his OWN WIFE for advice on the topic. Elizabeth and Nikolas have been keeping one hell of a secret for a long time. But as we know, fans are extremely restless.
General Hospital spoilers indicate that TPTB over at General Hospital are ready to give fans what they want. We are closing in on the Jake Doe/Jason Morgan reveal story line, which inevitable means we are also closing in on Elizabeth’s life of lies. Jake and Sam are currently working together for Michael, in an attempt to uncover dirt on Nikolas. General Hospital rumors speculate that while searching to uncover skeletons in Nik’s closet, there will be opportunity for Jake to find out the truth about is own identity.
It’s only a matter of time before Elizabeth’s world gets blown to bits… Once she is exposed for all of her lies and betrayals against her loved ones and friends, there is no telling what will happen next.
Share with your fellow GH friends/fans if you cannot wait for Liz to get what is coming to her!
Liz doesn’t deserve the kindness that Sam has bestowed upon her. Selflessly, Sam has shown nothing but warmth and genuine support for Elizabeth, all while Liz is lying through her teeth to Sam’s face. These two have been through a lot together and they truly have never been each other’s biggest fan. Still, they are cordial, and Sam has gone above and beyond to be nice to Elizabeth.
Apparently this moment with Sam in the chapel wasn’t enough for Elizabeth to feel any sort of empathy for Sam, and surely wasn’t enough for Liz to come clean. Although Sam has put their differences aside to offer Elizabeth some advice, Liz still will only think of herself and her own happiness.
It’s safe to say that many hearts went out to Sam during this scene where she told Elizabeth (in regard to marrying Jake), to do whatever will make her happy. Elizabeth has definitely succeeded in pulling the wool over Sam’s eyes, leaving her in that dark about Jason. Elizabeth had the nerve to look to Sam for advice on marrying the man she knows belongs to Sam. Soon, Liz’s world will come to a screeching halt.
What is Sam going to do when she finds out Elizabeth has been hoarding her husband for herself this entire time? Today Liz and Sam hug, in the near future, these two ladies will be exchanging something that is a far cry from an embrace.
Tell us what you want to happen with Elizabeth and Sam.

One of the most controversial fan base wars has just taken the drama to an entirely new level. The Liason vs. JaSam wars date back to practically a decade, and it doesn’t look like there will be an end to all the chaos any time soon. General Hospital fans have been waiting for what seems like forever for the big Jason Morgan reveal. Ever since Billy Miller took over the role of Jason Morgan, and stepped into Steve Burton’s shoes, true Jason and Sam fans have been waiting (im)patiently for their great love to be reunited. All the while, Elizabeth and Jason fans have been in their glory during the current story line involving the love between Jake Doe (Jason) and Liz.
We all know that Elizabeth and Nikolas are keeping an enormous secret from the rest of Port Charles. Aside from Laura and Lucky Spencer, they have told no one of Jake’s true identity. Helena knows that Jake is really Jason because she is the reason Jason “died” in the first place. Hayden Barnes is well aware of Jake’s true identity, but since she is having trouble with her memory after waking up from a coma, the threat she poses has been put on the back burner. Nikolas however, isn’t taking any chances, and he has proposed to Hayden, that she live at Wyndemere.
This story line just crossed a new level of drama, as Jake asked Elizabeth to marry him. Unsure of what to do, Elizabeth turned to God for a sign. Although she knows Jake really is married to Sam, and Sam walked into the chapel as Liz was asking for a sign from above, she still, despite everything she knows about Jake and his loved ones, told him yes to marriage.
In General Hospital spoilers and news, recently GH’s Head Writer, Ron Carlivati was let go and replaced by two co-writers, Jean Passanante and Shelly Altman. Currently, the show is still airing episodes written by Carlivati, but soon enough, that will all change. It goes without saying that this wedding will ultimately end in disaster, if Liz and Jake even make it to the altar. General Hospital rumors have been speculating, that the big Jason reveal is going to happen sooner rather than later. The current changes with the GH writing team gives fans hope that this story will be moving along more quickly now, and that Jake will soon find out he is Jason Morgan. More importantly, Sam and Jason will be reunited as husband and wife. For the time being, Liason fans are enjoying the ride, however, Jason and Sam will inevitably be reunited. That will make for one disastrous wedding indeed.
How will it all go down? Give us your thoughts and theories revolving around Liz and Jake’s demise, in preparation for the JaSam reunion. Will they make it down the aisle before Sam finds out that Jason is alive, and Elizabeth is marrying her husband and the father of her son, Danny?
When fans found out that Michael Easton’s character, Silas Clay had been written out of the show, GH executives received a lot of backlash from that decision. Easton is a long time ABC soap vet, gaining most of his popularity as John McBain from ABC’s One Life to Live.
When he joined the vast of General Hospital, Michael Easton reprised his role as John McBain from Llanview, only now then he resided in Port Charles. Due to legal issues between ABC and Prospect Park, GH was no longer allowed to use the name John McBain. Easton was then brought to the show, as the brother of Stephen Clay, from the GH spin off, Port Charles.
General Hospital rumor has it that co-stars such as Kelly Monaco (Sam Morgan), are very displeased with the way Easton and his character were written off the show. The buzz started at the General Hospital Fan Club Weekend in California, where people claim that Monaco expressed her dissatisfaction with losing Easton at GH.
It is now our chance to help get Michael Easton back to General Hospital as Silas. There is a petition with almost 8,000 signatures already. All we have to do is band together and sign, in hopes that TPTB will be able to bring this character back, despite the way the story for Silas was written under Ron Carlivati’s doings. Now that Carlivati has been let go from GH and Jean Passanante and Shelly Altman are taking over, there is possibility that we can get Silas back to Port Charles.
Please help us get Michael Easton back on General Hospital! CLICK HERE to sign the petition.
Share this post as many times as possible in order to maximize the potential of every signature to get Easton back.
GH Blog wants to thank you in advance for you support.
The latest casting buzz following the news of GH Head Writer, Ron Carlivati being let go, is that Michael Easton may be on his way out. Michael Easton joined the cast of General Hospital after One Life to Live was cancelled. Easton went on to continue playing the role of John McBain until ABC had some legal issues with using the names from the axed soap. The GH writers were forced to drop the OLTL names, and wrote Michael Easton as Dr. Silas Clay.
Rumor has it that Michael is on his way out, but nothing has yet been confirmed. Daytime Confidential has also reported of this rumor, apparently, this type of news travels quickly.
It seems as though there has been much potential for Silas. First with Sam (Kelly Monaco), then with Nina (Michelle Stafford), and also with Ava Jerome (Maura West). There is so much that could be done with his character, since he has Kiki (Hayley Erin) as his daughter, Nina as his crazy ex-wife, Ava his ex-mistress and their love/hate relationship. A while back there was a GH rumor going around that Nina didn’t actually lose her baby with Silas, but that Madeline and Ava were in cahoots to take Nina’s baby (Kiki) and pass her off as the product of Ava and Silas’ affair.
Hopefully with the new writing team coming into place, they will be able to find a way to elaborate on Silas’ past and develop his character. Many fans have expressed that a Silas and Ava pairing would be a great idea, especially since there is so much history between those two.
General Hospital Blog will keep fans posted on any new developments related to the status of Michael Easton with General Hospital.
We want to know what you think! Would you like to see Michael Easton stay on GH as Silas Clay?
