Instead, they brought back someone who has ties to Port Charles. Specifically Jason Quartermaine/Morgan and Sonny Corinthos.
Jagger’s Got Beef Over Karen, And Jason Can’t RememberA Thing
GH recaps recall that Jagger recently disclosed that his beef isn’t with Jason Morgan. Nope. He admitted that his problem was with Jason Quartermaine, the man Morgan was before the accident. The change as has a devastating impact on Drew’s relationships, especially his own relationship with Carly. Sadly, his no nonsense approach at life left him unavailable to deal with Carly’s infatuation with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). In his mind he knows that no one will ever compare to Jason in Carly’s heart, so he bolted before he was the one left standing alone.
Drew Fall For Nina
General Hospital recaps reveal that Drew wasted no time after his breakup with Carly. He went straight to Nina to discuss Crimson. Now that he’s fired Carly, he needs someone to take over as Crimson’s Editor In Chief. Their banter was almost playful despite their mutual loathing of each other.

Reportedly, Laura has played Carly for nearly 19 of her 30 plus years in daytime television. Furthermore, shes worked alongside Mathison for about two years, according to recent GH news reports, Laura Wright reveals that Carly and Drew’s breakup scenes are her favorite scenes between herself and Mathison.
