Reportedly, a shocking outburst revealed how Cody really feels about the modeling industry as a whole. He was triggered when Sasha’s appearance was scrutinized, and Lucy’s solution to Deception’s latest problem targeted Sasha.
As a result, Cody abruptly quit his new job as Sasha’s modeling partner, and the male Face of Deception. No one saw coming what Sasha did next, and Maxie blames Lucy for chasing away The Face of Deception. Sasha seems exceptionally confident in her section to walk away from her modeling career, leaving herself and Cody free from their contracts with the cosmetics company.

His recent interview with Soaps In Depth revealed some insight into Maxie and Spinelli’s future. “It really feels like they are kind of unwrapping these layers of excuses as to why they shouldn’t be together,” he explained. “and he’s got to the center of it before she has. It’s interesting, because I thought back to the Nurses Ball of ’15 with Nathan and Ellie where [Maxie and Spinelli] had decided to get back together but then ultimately they were like, ‘It’s just the comfort of being together, the logic of being together because we have a kid.’ It wasn’t the right time.”
Anderson continued, “And since that time, she’s been with Nathan, who died, and Peter August, who was… Peter August,” he added with a laugh. “And then Austin Gatlin-Holt. I think her experiences (after losing Nathan (Ryan Paevey)) have kind of made her look for something that is solid, look for something that is safe, look for something that is good for her kids. And what could be better for her kids than, obviously, one of their parents, someone that she trusts implicitly and loves, and has always loved.”

It looks like BLQ has become more comfortable after stepping back into her role at Deception. Furthermore, she’s definitely softened up in Granny since the whole corporate espionage thing. Ya know, that small innocent. 🤷🏻♀️ According to GH spoilers, Brook Lynn feels secure with her’s and Tracy’s repaired relationship, so she addresses a recent issue.
Meanwhile, Carly gets comfortable in her Editor-in-Chief chair after she met with Deception’s team. General Hospital spoilers and rumors hint that it’s not going to be a cake walk for Carly, despite her seemingly successful first meeting. Maxie and Sasha seemed to be completely satisfied with their final agreement. Carly got what she wanted and even Tracy gave her a pat on the back. But I didn’t notice that BLQ wasn’t on the same page.
GH rumors tease that Tracy’s caught off guard when Brook Lynn admits, “We were counting on you to say no.” Was she speaking for Maxie and crew too? Is Brook Lynn bothered that Tracy didn’t stand up to Carly, or is it something else?
What’s that phrase, “see something, say something,”? Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) isn’t the type to keep quiet in a library let alone a crisis. Anytime she smells bullshit Maxie calls it out as it’s not her M.O. to let things slide. A girl after my own heart.

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) trusted only a few close friends with his secret, and thus far thrive kept their work to him. Moreover, Maxie senses something is a skew when talking to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). It’s become apparent that things between Sasha and Cody are a little strange not necessarily in a bad way, but something has shifted and Maxie has noticed the change. It’s a good thing that Roger Howarth’s versatility is evident through in his performances. The roles he plays tend to change up like the wanderer trying to find themselves. Over the years Howard has played many different roles in daytime television. But his iconically known role is one soap fans will never forget. Undoubtedly, Roger’s portrayal of Todd Manning is one of the most recognized roles in the genre.
Furthermore, Howarth was brought on to play the iconic Franco after James Franco stepped away from the infamous role. Then, Roger’s portrayal of Franco’s unexpected demise shook the fans. My how time flies! It’s coming up on 4 years since Amanda Setton joined General Hospital. She made her GH debut as Brook Lynn Quartermaine on November 18th, 2019. Setton has since built a large fan base as the new Brook Lynn.
Now, four years later and GH fans are rooting for this young woman. Amanda has undeniably made this role her own after taking over from Adrianne Leon. Many years are between Leon’s GH exit and Setton’s debut. Reportedly, Adrianne Leon told Soaps Opera Digest in August of 2019 that she’d be happy to reprise her role as Brook Lynn Quartermaine. However, GH cast Setton in the role just a few months later.
BLQ has come a long way since her life as Ned (Wally Kurth) and Lois’s (Rena Sofer) daughter began. Amanda Setton Spills The Tea, Reveals New Brook Lynn Quartermaine
It’s an exciting time for Setton’s character, Brook Lynn, aka BLQ! The Quartermaine family dysfunction is at a high point, but it’s nothing unfamiliar. Instead, the Q’s embrace the chaos and dysfunction. It’s almost like they need it to survive. General Hospital spoilers indicate that Lois’s return plays a major role in BLQ’s life. Consequently, the effects extend to other family members as well. Changes are ahead, starting with Brook Lynn. Setton reflects on BLQ’s storyline when she and Maxie did whatever it took to protect baby Bailey Lou from Maxie’s crazy baby daddy, Peter August (Wes Ramsey). She admitted, “I think that whole maternal scheme transformed Brook Lynn and softened her and showed us a completely different side of her,”
It was BLQ and Maxie’s bond, along with the song and dance she’s doing with Chase that contributed to the start of something new. “She has that trust with Chase and doesn’t really have it with anyone else,” Setton said. “She can’t trust her grandmother. Her father is not who he says he is [Ned’s slip and fall accident conveniently turned him into Eddie Maine]. She’s been fired from her job.
“She’s sort of in this transition time,” she clarified, “but, you know, she’s still got her grandmother’s streak in her! She’s reformed, but she’s still Brook Lynn Quartermaine.”
Thankfully, General Hospital news and spoilers reveal that fans can rest assured that Setton is sticking around. The new Brook Lynn Quartermaine may have a few tweaks, but she’s still true to her own heart!
