Now, GH spoilers point out that the contract between the actors union (SAG-AFTRA) and Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) ends on June 30th.
On June 5th, an alarming 97% of SAG-AFTRA members are in favor to authorize a strike if the AMPTP cannot reach an agreement with the union. According to the latest developments, General Hospital news reports reveal that SAG-AFTRA members stand united for their cause. In fact, SAG-AFTRA President, Fran Drescher, gave her statement. “Together we lock elbows and in unity, we build a new contract that honors our contributions in this remarkable industry, reflects the new digital and streaming business model, and brings all our concerns for protections and benefits into the now!”

Cameron Mathison survives cancer. …General Hospital star, Cameron Mathison, joined the daytime drama in August of 2021. In under two years, his portrayal of Drew Cain became wildly popular.

In an interview last year, Mathison gave a health update in regard to life after surgery. He made note that he was better than ever. He revealed, “But honestly, never better. I think I’m as strong as I was in my mid-20s. I have more energy than I had 20 years ago.” Mathison told ET. The star added, “I’ve definitely got a different perspective on life for sure from this experience.”

It’s almost better for Nina if she ends up in Pentonville or even better, Shadybrook. Because if Nina’s locked up, she stays safe from Carly’s wrath.

Tyler Christopher arrested for public intoxication! …Over the last few months, Tyler Christopher’s name has been popping up around the General Hospital circuit. Ever since Marcus Coloma’s shocking GH departure, fans want some answers surrounding Nikolas Cassadine’s future.
General Hospital news and recaps report that Tyler originated the role in 1996. From then he went on to develop Nikolas’s character for almost a decade. Tyler Christopher Arrested For Public Intoxication
Fan reactions reveal that Marcus Coloma and Tyler Christopher are favored to return. However, recent breaking news could make things difficult for one of these actors to get back into action at Prospect Studios.
According to General Hospital news, Tyler Christopher was arrested at an airport. Sources say that Christopher’s alcohol-induced nap at a Burbank airport is what got him into trouble. At that time, Tyler Christopher was passed out drunk, and was arrested for public intoxication. Unfortunately, this seems to be a setback for the healing actor and father. Since his first in is DUI arrest back in 2019. Back then he was charged with 2 counts of public intoxication, while spending his 47th birthday behind bars.
