James Franco: Francophrenia and General Hospital

With just one day away for the opening of the Tribeca Film Festival, I am just filled with excitement about the movie by James Franco, ‘Francophrenia’ (Or, Don’t Kill Me, I Know Where the Baby Is). Based on the TV character Franco (Robert Frank) from the ABC Daytime soap opera General Hospital, this movie is about the┬ásociopath, serial killing, Jason Morgan (played by Steve Burton)-obsessed artist who now has turned out to be Jason’s twin brother! This film will lead the Tribeca Film Festival line up held April 18-29, 2012.

James Franco took on the role of Franco on GH to explore the worlds of acting and to prepare for another role which he would play a soap opera character. Franco explains his experience on GH as a learning experience, and experimental.
