She just faced her fears over past trauma while having to stand up to blatant cruelty. What happened with Have (Morgan Fairchild) from Home and Heart shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Since it did, Sasha’s proven yet again that she’s not only a survivor, but a fighter.

Meanwhile, while Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) rounds up Deception’s legal team, Selina Wu (Lydia Look) rounds up her debtors. Specifically, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs). This time, Gladys dug herself into a deeper hope than the last. The first time she got herself into debt with Selina at The Savoy she sold her own son’s garage right from under her daughter-in-law’s nose. She was somehow able to talk her way out of being accountable for the betrayal. But, General Hospital rumors and spoilers tease it won’t be so easy this time.

Previously, GH rumors claimed that Gladys gets her hands on Michael’s video that incriminates Sonny. The very video that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) obtained while working as Michael’s informant. If this video gets into the wrong hands, or doesn’t matter what Michael’s intentions are. He promised Willow he wouldn’t turn Sonny in, but he didn’t delete it. Now, the threat that it falls into the wrong hands is very real. Although, the evidence may not be admissible in court. Therefore, Gladys will still be in debt to Selina. After a life-long, healthy relationship with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Michael’s feelings for his father changed. Suddenly, they find themselves at odds over Michael’s mom, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), and Sonny’s girlfriend, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Thanks to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Michael and Sonny have began to repair their broken bond. Her wish for peace could only be granted by her husband. So, he fulfilled he request and offered Sonny a truce. Moreover, Willow’s wish for peace extended to her own mother, Nina, and her new mother-in-law, Carly. If Michael and Sonny can find away to put aside their differences, there shouldn’t be a reason why Nina and Carly can’t do the same. Or, as one would thing. But it’s obvious that Nina struggles with how she handles herself in certain situations.

Michael and Sonny’s truce comes after Michael already secured incriminating evidence against his father. He and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) risked it all to betray Sonny. Now, Michael wants to play nice and Dex feels like he risked his life for nothing. Needless to say, Willow’s behind Michael’s decision to disregard the incriminating video that Dex bargained with his life for. However, there’s one thing that Willow requested that Michael hasn’t done yet. She asked him to deleted the video, but as of now that hasn’t happened. Is it too late to call a truce when Michael still has proof of his father’s crimes? I mean, what if someone gets their hands on it? In this digital age, that evidence is probably already made it’s way around the internet.

Cody the con was arrested for stealing borrowed jewelry. Because of his checkered past, Gladys planned the perfect frame-up. Since he knows exactly what Gladys is up to, she figured she needs to keep him as far fr Sasha as possible. What better way then to make Sasha think he’s a no-good thief and get him sent to jail?

GH previews indicate that despite the fact that she’s not a cop, Cody gets interrogated by Sam. Apparently, her P.I. status allows for her to question him about the crime.

Who does Gladys think she’s messing with? It’s one thing if she thinks Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will show her any type of mercy because they’re family. However, Selina Wu (Lydia Look) is another story. Of course, Sasha will be devastated with what her mother-in-law got herself tangled up in. But the real consequences come from the powerful people in PC, Sonny and Selina.

But before all that, Gladys’s underhanded scheme buys her some time. Gladys was going to extremes to get her hands on money and power. And on top of that, Gladys told Sonny and his family that her beloved Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) was dead. Until one day, Brando showed up in Port Charles and Gladys had some explaining to do. She also sold out her own son when he agreed to protect Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab). There’s no telling what Gladys will do for one.

General Hospital recaps recall Sasha Gilmore is under conservatorship after her history with drug use, anxiety, PTSD stemming from the death of her son Liam, and overall depression. In order to stay out of jail after attacking Grant Smoltz (David Lautman), Sasha and her late husband Brando agreed to a conservatorship. Sasha trusted Brando with her life when she signed every bit of herself over to her husband. Things were starting to look up after took that first step toward recovery and self growth. However, her time of contentment and comfort was short lived when her life took a dark turn. Brando was tragically murdered by the hook killer during a celebratory family dinner.
